1.  Customer Service/Marketing Representative

This position involves both inbound and outbound phone responsibilities. It involves calling individuals who have recently applied for scholarships and educating them on the next step in the process of working with us, calling for missing information needed to complete an application, and calling families about upcoming events. This is not a sales position or a cold call position. We are being pro-active in our customer service by reaching out to people who have applied to us instead of waiting for them to call us with questions. We are looking for exceptional phone etiquette, customer service skills, and a confident phone voice.

In addition, this position will be supporting our marketing team. Some experience using programs such as Photoshop, or other photo editing software is preferred. Candidates do not need to be graphic artists, but must be able to demonstrate basic skills at resizing photos and utilizing template web page building programs.

We are busy! This position requires someone willing to show-up on time and work as part of a team. There are plenty of growth opportunities and the ability to be a part of something we think is pretty great.

Qualifications and Skills

The right person will:

Have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Exhibit strong verbal skills.

Enjoy speaking on the phone and be open to making a significant number of calls per day.

Be able to think on their feet, not just read a script on the phone.

Be proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Outlook.

Have basic experience using Photoshop, or similar.

Live within a 20-minute commute to Frank Lloyd Wright and Shea Blvd in Scottsdale. 

Need to pass a detailed background check.

Job Duties:

Answer incoming customer inquiries

Record customer information within our customer service database

Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies

2. Database Manager

We are looking for a Database Manager with at least 12 months experience in CRM management specifically utilizing Insightly CRM software.   This position will be responsible for maintaining our entire contact database, importing and exporting data, managing integrations between Insightly and MailChimp,  plus coordinate and develop outward bound email and text messaging marketing campaigns.  All team members also assist with incoming calls. Applicants should have some customer service experience, and be comfortable taking customer inquiry calls.

Qualifications and Skills

The right person will:

Have an entrepreneurial spirit

Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills

Be proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Outlook.

Have experience with MailChimp.

Have 1-year min. experience managing the CRM database, Insightly.

Be able to demonstrate skills and experience managing Insightly software

The ability to work quickly and independently.

Live within a 20-minute commute to Frank Lloyd Wright and Shea Blvd in Scottsdale.

3. Training Scheduler / Coordinator

We are a well-funded organization, looking to hire the right person to join our team and support one of our most important outreach efforts.

One of the keys to the growth of our organization is the training sessions we host to educate parents and CPA offices around the state.  We are looking for someone to establish and coordinate these training sessions. To be clear, we are not looking for you to present at the training, but to coordinate the scheduling, promoting, pre-training and post-training checklist.  Basically, candidate must manage all of the details required for a successful training session.  Customer service skills are imperative to build relationships with administrators at schools, parents, and tax professionals.  All team members also assist with incoming calls. Applicants should be comfortable taking customer inquiry calls.

Be able to work quickly and independently.

Strong organizational and verbal skills are required.

4. Trainer / School Development

One of the keys to the growth of our organization is the coaching sessions we host to educate parents of children in private schools around the state on how the tax credit program works.  We are hiring to fill the key position of giving those presentations on how to receive tax credit scholarships.

These sessions typically run about an hour and are done in person at the schools or public locations close to the schools such as libraries or restaurants.    With the changes in work environment some session may be on Zoom or similar platform, but our primary intention is to have these sessions be in person.

In addition to giving coaching presentations this person will be responsible for the development of relationships we have with schools around the state, increasing our business relationship with them.

 

Qualifications and Skills

 The right person will have:

An entrepreneurial spirit.

This position requires a person who feels comfortable giving presentations to small groups of 2 to 50 people.   Strong organizational and verbal skills are required.

Because coaching sessions typically start at 8am or 5:30pm the right candidate must have flexibility in their schedule to do sessions during these times.   Occasional Saturday sessions may be required.    This is not a 9-5 job or even a 40 hour a week position.   We are looking for someone who is wanting to continue the overall development of our growing organization.

Private schools are located throughout the state.   Candidate must be comfortable traveling to Tucson, Flagstaff and around the Valley.

Be able to work quickly and independently.
