AVAILABLE POSITIONS
1. Customer Service/Marketing Representative
This is a key position is often the first point of contact with our organization so it is critical that it is a positive one.
The position primarily involves answering the phones and chats and providing “Level 1” phone support. There are no scrips, so we are looking for this person to listen, think and answer questions. We are looking for exceptional phone etiquette, customer service skills, and a confident phone voice.
During slower times we will ask that you place outbound calls to parents who have applied for scholarships, educating them on the next step in the process of working with us, calling for missing information needed to complete an application, and calling families about upcoming events.
This is not a receptionist position or sales position. Customer service is part of our marketing team. We are being pro-active in our customer service by reaching out to people who have applied to us instead of waiting for them to call us with questions.
We are busy! This position requires someone willing to show-up on time and work as part of a team.
Although we are a flexible employer, this position requires someone who can work full-time in our office. It is not a work from home position.
There are plenty of growth opportunities and the ability to be a part of something we think is pretty great.
